Creative Space proudly presents Dance Through The Lens, an 8-day-long training course for young people and youth workers aged between 18 to 35 to explore how dance and cinematography can become powerful tools for youth work.

What’s in it for you? You can…

- connect and collaborate with youth workers from 6 European countries, sharing and exchanging ideas and best practices.
Methodology
You can expect sessions on contemporary dance, improvisation, and composition; an introduction to videography (planning, shooting, editing); and creative tasks with both media to arrive at a final result: short videos. This is an intensive training course with 8-9 hours of working/day.
We are looking for you if you are…
- between 18 and 35 years old
- residing in Czechia, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia or Ukraine
- involved in youth work as a volunteer or a professional
- okay with dancing (moving), being danced (moved), filming, and being filmed
- available for the whole duration of the program (no late arrivals or early departures are allowed!) and
- willing to work on a short dissemination activity to be delivered for your community in your home country after the training course.
Practicals, finances
The project is co-funded by the Erasmus+ Program, meaning accommodation, food and program-related costs are fully covered for all participants. Travel reimbursement is possible up to the limits defined by the Erasmus+ Programme Guide.
A contribution of 70 € will be asked of all participants, paid upfront through bank transfer.
